En el himen, en el limen Gather a group of artists from different geographical origin and a different artistic paths, virgin without any memory or tradition was artistically one of the new challenges and one of the new space that the project was imposed only on the island with Natura Santay. The other novelty was to invite artists to see their work on the place of residence, to perform what internationally known arts as site specific art, that is, thinking about work for a specific location or environment, considering the social, geographical, cultural and political peculiarities of the site chosen or assigned. And even more important is to have facilitated the participation of the inhabitants of the island, the natural place like saying our chroniclers Indies in performing the work. Each of the artists chosen by Larissa Marangoni for this project was assisted by one or more residents of the island and their total, unselfish, punctual, fraternal was one of the most satisfying experiences of this residence implication. The artists did not get to speak for them, for others, without them, from them. The title of one of the works of Kim Waale, Speaking With Valentino ("Talking to Valentino," the name of his young assistant), neatly sums up the character of this coexistence. Appropriating an evocative neologism in English, which was the second language of this meeting, and now almost become the first- coined by Cabrera Infante, could say that the work was done in a kind of close-elaboration, as in several cases, the companions of the island did not just contribute their labor, but snuggles ideas, formal solutions, and even (as in the case of Valentino Dominguez), intervened directly into the works; he and Jacinto, and Roberto Dominguez High, Rineo Jaime, Juan and Isidro Dominguez, Luis and Pedro Achiote, I state on my behalf and on behalf of the artists our undying gratitude.
